All apartment homes are thoroughly cleaned, maintenance items completed and ready for you to take possession.

Yes! We have a full-time Maintenance Supervisor in addition to 24-hour after-hours emergency maintenance staff.

Our resident app allows you to submit a maintenance request 24-hours a day. Please note, maintenance requests are prioritized according to their urgency and impact to the use of your unit.

The management team at Hue wants to ensure any maintenance concerns are handled promptly, completely and to your satisfaction. Work Orders can be submitted 24 hours a day via our resident app, resident portal or in person in our leasing office during business hours.

No. With your permission, a technician may enter your unit to resolve the issue while you are away.

With multiple access control options to enter the building and individual unit (Smart Phone, Access Code and Fob) this shouldn’t' be an issue!

We encourage you to make your space your own. However, any modifications to the apartment must be requested and approved in writing by Property Management. Please refer to your lease for information regarding prohibited items and move out and damage charges. 


The Hue is proud to offer a variety of amenities including a resident lounge, pet spa, rooftop terrace, and fitness center. We can't wait to get to know you at one of our monthly resident events or say hello over a beverage from our complimentary coffee bar.

The fitness center and pet spa are open 24 hours a day, roof-top deck and other common areas close at 10pm.  

Yes! We have limited onsite parking available in our parking garage including electric vehicle charging. Please contact our office for availability and pricing.

Washer and Dryers are provided in every unit for your convenience. 

Yes! We take pride in being a pet friendly property. Your furry companions will feel right at home with our pet spa and puppaccinos! Additionally, we do not have any weight or breed restrictions for dogs. 

Hue welcomes your furry friend and we want to make things are straight forward as possible. A $300 fee will be assessed for the first pet, additionally a $300 deposit is required and will be held until move-out. Standard pet rent of $35/pet will be added to resident ledgers. Additional pets will be billed at an additional discounted $200 pet fee.

No, we do not have any weight or breed restrictions.

Our pet spa is the perfect place to clean up after a rainy walk around the neighborhood. Additionally, Marymoor Park is just minutes from the Hue. Well known for its 40-acre off-leash dog park, this expansive park also includes access to the Sammamish Slough for those furry friends who like to dip their feet now and again. 

Each unit at the Hue includes a Refrigerator, Range, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Washer/Dryer. 

We do not currently have any furnished apartments.

Yes, we offer 6-month leases on select units. Please contact our leasing office for more information.

We do offer corporate leases, criteria available by request and processed through our corporate office.

Yes, you can "Add to Cart" knowing our office staff are here to receive your packages along with our 24-hour access Amazon Hub!

The fitness center is open 24/7

The fitness center features the latest in Cardio and Weight Training Equipment (Stair Climber, Elliptical, Smart Mirror, Spin Bike)

Quiet hours are from 10a.m.  to 10p.m. . There is no fee for using our communal spaces. Please arrange reservations through our leasing office prior to your event. A fully refundable cleaning deposit of $250 will be assessed.


No. However, photo ID is required to tour our community.

Appointments are not required, however they are strongly encouraged for the best touring experience.

The Hue offers on-site management and maintenance.

>Generally, our background screening time takes minutes, full approval is contingent on supporting documents (pay stubs, rental history, etc..) Please keep in mind that MFTE application processing time will be longer due to the additional specific requirements.

All move-in costs will be determined well in advance of move-in and will vary resident to resident.

Selecting your preferred home is a big decision, take the time to experience everything Hue has to offer.

Rent payments can be made 24/7 online via your resident app. We can also accept check or money order in office. Cash is not accepted.

Rent payments can be made via our Resident App or directly through our Resident portal (located on the Hue website).

Besides Rent, Utilities are billed on a monthly basis. If garage parking is desired an additional monthly fee will apply.

Electric and Cable are setup through the individual providers, Water, Sewer and Trash will be billed directly to resident ledgers.

Multiple providers are available for selection.

Resident referral program details will be advertised in the Resident App.

Residents are responsible for their guests' actions, guests may stay a maximum of seven (7) days within a given month.

Pricing is based on several factors including lease term and unit selection. The community does not accept advanced payment of rent.

Edison47 does not all subletting at any of our communities.

A lease break outside of accepted circumstances and/or lease provisions will result in one or more of the following; payment of outstanding rent (current and future), reletting expenses, maintenance expenses, and repayment of any applicable concessions.


Yes! The Redmond Transit Center is in our backyard, just a  2-minute walk from the property. 520 is just 3 minutes away connecting you to the West side, Seattle, and beyond. In the spring of 2024, Redmond anticipates welcoming 4 new Light Rail Stations connecting Redmond to Bellevue with further extensions across Lake Washington anticipated to open in 2025.

The Hue is just 8-minutes from Microsoft's Redmond Campus. Sip in style after a hard day's work with Woodinville wine country only 18-minutes from home. Catch a summer movie in the park at Marymoor or pick up fresh vegetables from the Remond Saturday Market. With over 60 vendors, this local favorite provides everything from fresh flowers and produce to artisan crafts. Just 30-minutes from Seattle, you have endless opportunities for events and fun living in Redmond, WA.

The Hue is located in the Lake Washington School District

Marymoor dog park is a 40-acre off-lease dog park just 2 miles from our community.

Redmond has an extensive network of bike trails in addition to bike lanes on many of its thoroughfares. Redmond was designed as a Bicycle Friendly Community by the League of American Bicyclists and even hosts Bike to Work Day and various bike races throughout the year.

Redmond Town Centre is just a 10-minute walk from The Hue with over 165 luxury retailers and restaurants.

It's Seattle - of course we love a good cup of Joe! You can explore at least 5 local coffee shops within just a few blocks of our Community including River Trail Roasters, 5 Stones Coffee Co, Victor's Celtic Coffee or Farine Bakery.


From 520 East, take the W Lk Sammamish Parkway exit. Take a left off the exit and in 1 mile a right on NE 85th St.  In 1 mile, The Hue will be on your right.

The Hue is located on the corner of 164th Ave NE and NE 85th St.
